Since 2016 the young MELIMA family overtook the workshop, recipes and the passion to discover forgotten tastes of rural Greece from "Ta Mylelia Watermill". Everyday we produce handmade gourmet pasta with semolina and whole wheat flour, naturally air dried in room temperature, sauces, appetizers, flavored sea salt and honey desserts.
