Alexandros Merkouris is a Greek filmmaker with a Master’s degree in Architecture. His recent documentary ‘The Perfect Meal’ explores the science behind the Mediterranean diet. The film was an official selection at CPH:DOX and was featured on Arte tv.

Alexandros has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, including BBC Storyworks, Monocle magazine, WWF, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and the Museum of Cycladic Art, among others.

He has directed branded films for companies like LIDL, AB, TAP, Three Cents and more.
